Terms & Conditions (ID)

1.Your ID & Password is unique . Please do not share your ID & Password with Anyone

2.Do not enter wrond ID & Password wile logging in Server . If you put wrong ID or Password then your account will be blocked and will open after 24 hours.

3.If You face any error in your server id or access please share screen shot of the error with the trainer or program manager via whats app or email. The error will be resolved with backend team and can take maximum of 24 hours. If it takes longer you will be intimated for the same.

4.The Validity of your account will start as soon as the id is issued to you .

5.The Validity of your ID is only 2 months for all candidates.

6. If you miss the course due to being absent or the duration of your course is more then 2 months than you need to purcase the id and pay extra charges for the same. Please discuss with your Program manager about the same.

7.If due to any technical issue lasting for 5 days or more if you are not able to access your ID than extension for the same will be provided without any extra charges .

Terms & Conditions (Placement)

All Students of ERP will be considered for placement only if the clear the MOCK interview after completion of course . Please contact Placement Department as soon as you complete 90% of your course so that MOCK interview can be arranged for you .Other Placement conditions are present in the Placement Interest Agreement .

I hereby commit and pledge that all the details regarding the course fee payment shall not be disclosed to anyone or any other related third party .I agree that in the event of disclosure of any such information by any means ,I will be held liable for it. The institute has the right to suspend any further classes provided by it.

Also, in such an event, I will have to pay the full course fee (without any discount)charged by the institute and the GST (goods and services Tax)as per the standard rates applicable on all courses.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR GETTING PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

1.The student should have completed the Graduation/Degree and has all the documents in hand.

2.There should be on Pending Backs and more than 1 year gap between any of the Education qualifications.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.There is no 100% Placement Guarantee for any course run in APTRON

2.Placement Assistance will be provided for all Technologies.

3.The student should inform the Placement Department regarding starting of Placement Activities on 90% completion of the course through email. The email id is [email protected].

4.Student will submit his resume to the placement team.The Resume should contain Phone Number and AlternateNumber both.

5. Placement period will start after 100% course completion in a six-month window.However,the candidates received all placement notification from APTRON on permanent basis till the candidate voluntarily walks out of the placement processor or is Blacklisted.

6. a student wants any guidance regarding the resume writing/tips for selection in an interview then he or she can book a slot for the session . Such slots are available on all Saturdays between 11am to 6pm on first come / first serve basis.The slot can be booked by contacting the Recruitment manager whose details are given at the end of the form.

7.Email will be the only mode of communication between APTRON and the students.

9.The students should check his/her email id regularly regarding Placement Notices.All Placement Drive updates from APTRON will be given on email.

10.If the student agrees to participate in placement Drive and does not appear for the Drive then that student will be Black Listed and NO FUTURE PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE PROVIDED.

11.If the Student iis selected in placement Drive and refuses to join then that student will be Black Listed and NO FUTURE PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE PROVIDED.

Terms & Conditions to be followed during course at APTRON

1.Student must carry the identity-card provided by APTRON everytime,to attend the class.

2.Student will be responsible for any disputed activity in accommodation,If any type of Mishappening will take place in accommodation or in the city, it will be the sole responsibility of students;APTRON will not be responsible for the same.

3.Registration fee ,Food,Lodging fees and Service Tax are non-Refundable.If a student goes home during the training session or drops out for any reason,then fee for that period will not be returned.

4.If a student indulges in any dispute or other misconduct,then he/she will be dismissed from the course and may be handed over to the police.

5.Students will share one PC in the LAB.

6.Student must attend the classes regularly and certification will be provided only in case of 70% attendance in training .If student is absent for more than one day, them he will not be given separate backup class.whatever topic he has not covered he can continue in some other batches in coordination with the trainer with written approval.

7.For electronics projects,components will be purchased by students.Toolkit will be provided by APTRON.student can keep the project with them after completion of training.

8.If anything gets stolen or destroyed in the LAB or classroom, then the entire batch will have to pay the fine collectively for that loss collectively.(APTRON campus is monitored 24x7 by CCTV cameras).

9.Certificates will be given either on the dates of completion or within the 15 days of completion of the training.

11.Complete fee must be paid on the date of reporting /commitment. Any delay will amount to a fine of Rs 100/- per day for the first 5 days and Rs 500/-per day after that for next two days after which the students will be suspended from courses till dull fees are deposited.

12.Any kind of data downloading is strictly prohibited in the lab premises.

13.If any candidate wishes to take leave from the training , then he/she must submit a written application to the management.

14.The membership card can be collected by student from the office reception after fill fees submission .The membership card is only for revision of certain topics which the students has queries in and does not give liberty to the student to attend the class on his own terms and condition.Revision of topics will be allotted in specific batch time decide by the management and the student must come on that time only to revise the topics .

15.Students can apply for a certificate after full fees submission at reception. It takes at least 10 days for the certificate to be printed and handed over to the students .Please be patient if you have applied late.
